My wife and I offer short healing retreats. We have a beautiful self- contained building ('Birch Bothy'), in our garden and it looks out over a herb garden and open fields. It has a small kitchen area, (with full range of utensils, double hob, microwave and fridge) shower room, wood burning stove (alongside central heating) and a double bed. Bedding and towels are provided.

We are both interfaith ministers and can offer sessions of spiritual counselling / accompaniment or shared meditation each morning if this feels helpful. The retreats can also include herbal medicine consultations and dietary advice if needed. For some people a little structure and support can be really helpful, others choose simply to take time out on their own and enjoy the beautiful countryside.

We charge £80 per night for staying in the Bothy and provide breakfast ingredients for your first morning.
